Monster 10 - Urnite, Graveling, Coffix by UnderwoodART Monster 10 - Urnite, Graveling, Coffix by UnderwoodART
Theme: Coffin
Name Origins: Urnite, a portmanteau of 'urn' and 'sprite'; Graveling, a "grave" creature; and Coffix, an altered form of "coffin"
Lore: A mischievous spirit that hides within the resting places of the dead, waiting to attack unsuspecting grievers. Without solid form, the only option is to attack the object until it breaks, and the unprotected spirit flees. As it evolves, it gains more skill in forming shapes with its mist - initially only hands, then claws, and finally a multitude of limbs and various weapons.
Notes: This one came to me early in the morning, and I had to wait all day to draw it. It came out more or less how I envisioned it. It was nice to come back to this series. Sadly, the final design is unintentionally similar to an existing Pokemon.
